My husband bought me a Beautiful Opal and Diamond ring here for Christmas, after losing a diamond from my 38 year old engagement ring,.I noticed one of the diamonds missing from my new ring, and took it back to get repaired, expecting to pay and happy to do so, as I had lost the receipt, they repaired it free of charge. I asked them to see of they could replace the diamond in my old engagement ring, not only was it replaced my rings been cleaned and straightened as it had became misshapen over the years, its like new again. Can't recommend enough.

*EDIT: went back to address my concern and the man who served me was very kind and explained what happened to my chain as it snapped- so the repair was carried out exactly as requested, no faults at all with the service.

ABOUT

We are a family run business since 1996 specialising in certificated loose diamonds, diamond jewellery and jewellery repairs. We have many years of experience within the jewellery industry.

Quality & Choice - We offer the most beautiful diamond engagement rings together with the finest laboratory graded diamonds, all at an extraordinary value. Choose either your loose diamond or item of jewellery then choose the size/weight (ct), colour then clarity of the diamond you require.

Diamond Certification - Most of our larger diamonds come  with a Diamond Certificate  report which specifies the diamonds colour, cut, clarity and carat weight, plus polish and symmetry grade amongst other details.

The Best Possible Value - Gallery Jewellers consistently offer finely cut diamonds for hundreds to thousands of pounds less than traditional retail sources.

Personal Advice & Expert Education -  We pride ourselves on a database of over 20,000 loose laboratory graded diamonds. We pride ourselves even more on helping each and every customer determine which of those 20,000+ diamonds their perfect choice is. .

Conflict Free Diamonds - Conflict diamonds are also know as blood diamonds. We take great care in selecting our suppliers to ensure all diamonds are ethically sourced and abide by the Kimberly process. The Kimberly process was created in the year 2000, and is the front end fight by the diamond industry and the diamond producing countries to stop the trade of conflict diamonds. The aim of this process is to stop the travel of rough diamonds around the world without the presence of a government issued Kimberly certificate.Since the introduction of this process, the world diamond trade has seen a decrease from 4% to 0.2% of the worlds consumption of diamonds being conflict diamonds. This is has been a huge success and is testament to the hard work of the diamond industry.

Lab-grown Diamonds - We are amongst the first jewellers to cut & polish lab-grown diamonds, which some are grown here in the North East of England.
They are chemically identical to naturally grown diamonds which are formed over millions of years but Lab-grown diamonds are formed over several weeks.
For many conscientious and environmentally motivated customers, pollution, destruction and secrecy in the diamond industry simply no longer match their own values. We offer a choice and celebrate the diversity of ideals for forward-looking consumers.
